The Rudolph Round-Up process works like this:
Each child in out of home care submits a wish list with two to three items with a maximum total value of $100.00.
Also noted are their likes and interests (favorite color, sports team, sizes) to help the donor shop for the wishes listed.
Children’s wishes are then matched to a donor and we ask each donor to provide for the wishes listed. For children whose wishes are not able to be matched to a donor, we utilize toy drive and financial donations received to fulfill their wishes.
For our donors choosing to sponsor a Toy Drive, we can provide wrapped Toy Drive boxes with posters.
We ask that the unwrapped toys collected be delivered anytime between November 28th through December 6th between the hours of 9:30-5:30 Monday through Friday and 9:30-2:30 on Saturday.
Extensions to Toy Drive deadlines can be provided requested. We can also schedule for the toys to be picked up from your location. At this time I have noted that your toy drive will run through December 8th.
Our greatest need each year is for Toy Drive donors for teens and infants/toddlers.
